HSE ISSEK Launches a New Series of Monthly Newsletters “Russia – OECD: Monitoring of Science, Technology and Innovation Policies”

The newsletter will highlight key developments and new mechanisms of science, technology and innovation (STI) policy in Russia and worldwide, recommendations of the OECD and other international organisations, as well as events supporting cooperation between Russia and the OECD in this area.

July issue (.PDF) covers diverse topics, such as the development of drugs and vaccines against COVID-19, the implementation of National Project "Science", tax maneuver for IT industry, and other facts of Russian STI policy. The issue also features reviews of the OECD and the European University Association (EUA), as well as country cases on the development of STI policy measures and their use to combat the pandemic and the economic crisis.
