The network of National Contact Points (NCPs) was created in Russia under the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation with the aim of promoting research and technology cooperation between Russia and the European Union. HSE NCP provides information and consulting support for Russian researchers and research teams who participate in the Programme.
