Webinar “International Research & Innovation Cooperation: Horizon 2020 and the world – Africa” (10 September 2019 from 10.00 am to 11.00 am CEST)

The webinar will provide an overview on “Horizon 2020 – Open to the World” (participation options and funding opportunities) and a detailed knowledge on policy context and opportunities for African organisations within the H2020 Work Programme 2020 for “Food Security, Sustainable Agriculture and Forestry, Marine, Maritime and Inland Water Research and the Bioeconomy” and “Climate action, environment, resource efficiency and raw materials ”.

Organised by the International Cooperation Service Facility, in cooperation with BioHorizon and NCP Care, the webinar will provide knowledge on the EU’s strategic “Open to the World” approach in international cooperation in research and innovation, insights into the participation options and funding opportunities of EU partner countries in Horizon 2020, information about relevant web portals and tools related to international cooperation, as well as specific information about opportunities for African organisations in the H2020 Work Programme 2020.
