A new English-language Master’s Programme “Governance of Science, Technology, and Innovation” is launched at the National Research University “Higher School of Economics” (HSE), Moscow, Russia (www.hse.ru/en)

Highly talented students of any nationality interested in studying science, technology, and innovation from a broad perspective are invited to apply for admission to the two-year English-language MSc Programme―Governance of Science, Technology, and Innovation―at the Higher School of Economics (HSE), one of Russia’s leading research universities. Successful applicants will receive instruction at the HSE Moscow, take courses at the HSE's international partner universities, do internships in Russia or abroad, and undertake a Master's thesis during their final semester of study.

This programme combines theoretical education and practical experience, and includes international expertise and experience. The personal qualities and intellectual potential of the students enrolled in the programme will be enriched and developed so that they will be able to apply policy and management skills in science, technology, and innovation to work undertaken during their subsequent careers with companies, organizations, and/or government bodies.
