Scholarships of the President of the Russian Federation for Students and PhD Students Training Abroad

An open public competition of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation is carried out for the fellowships of the President of the Russian Federation annually. The stipends are awarded in fields of basic and applied research of higher priority for economic modernisation and technological development such as: energy efficiency; nuclear technologies and software; medical equipment and pharmaceutics; space and telecommunications; culture and art. The scholarships envisage a secondment in host organisation up to an academic year.
